MBWD Operators will begin their fall flushing maintenance on October 1st and will continue through to approximately October 21st.

October 1 – Deloume Rd West, Kinnoull Cr, Blairgowrie Rd, Dorey Way
October 2 – Deloume Rd North, Gillespie Pl, Stubbs Rd, Pratt Rd, Marie Rd, McLaren Rd, Tutor Way, Faulkner Pl
October 3 – Bucktail Rd, Fawn Rd (End), Misty Glen Pl, Glendoik Rd, Boompond Rd, Frayne Rd (between Boompond and Deloume)
October 7 – Frayne Rd West, Cayman Pl, Gatewheel Rd, Windsong Pl, Fawn Rd (beginning), Fawn Terr, Benko Rd
October 8 – Lodgepole Rd, Alget Rd, Staats Pl, Deloume Rd South, Lilmac Rd
October 8 – Night Flush #1 Roads Affected: Deloume Rd (from Lodgepole Rd to Highway), Barry Rd (from Highway to Shawnigan/MB Rd)
October 9 – Shawnigan Mill Bay Rd, Barry Rd, Brulette Pl, Hayden Rd
October 9 – Night Flush #2 Roads Affected: Deloume Rd (from Highway to Mill Bay Rd), Handy Rd, and Mill Bay Rd (from Deloume Rd to Handy Rd)
October 10 – Frayne Rd, Mill Bay Rd South (from 2510 MB Rd to End (2372 MB Rd)), Bakerview Rd, Holford Rd
October 15 – Partridge Rd, Bay Rd, Mill Bay Rd (from Handy Rd to Frayne Rd), Melfort Pl, and Seaview Rd
October 16 – Bickford Way, Rozon Dr, Sentinel Dr, Noowick Rd (from Rozon Dr to Mill Bay Rd), Cooper’s Hawk Rise, Tercel Cr, Bay Bluff Pl, Mill Bay Pl and Sangster Rd
October 17 – Liggett Rd, Noowick Rd, Dagall Rd and Scollard Rd
October 21 – Hunter Pl, Huckleberry Rd, Bidston Rd, Springbank Rd
While flushing is underway short periods of low pressure and discoloured water may be experienced. Any discolouration is temporary and not a health hazard. If you experience any discolouration in your water, it is recommended that you run a cold water tap in a bathtub for several minutes until the water runs clear.
